1. Abolition of private property in land and the application of all rents to public purpose.

3. No forced quartering of troops.
4. No unreasonable search and seizure.
5. Freedom not to witness against self, guaranteed due process, just compensation.
6. Speedy and public trial.
7. Trial by Jury.
8. Freedom from excessive bail.
9. No denial of Rights.
10. All powers not mentioned reserved to states or people.

The 1868 14th Amendment is the foundation for Democracy-Socialism-Marxism-Communism. It is also the foundation for the 16th and 17th Amendments. But in short, once a 14th Amendment US citizen, always a 14th Amendment citizen. No court will release you from that status. No court will even debate this status they will just find you in contempt. Of course the ten planks above explain why, no freedom of speech is allowed in the Communist court. There is no returning to the status of first being a citizen of your state and then a United States citizen second. All states Constitutions were altered to comport with the 14th Amendment converting the once Calvinist Federal Republic of the United States into a Jesuit Roman Provincial Empire, in direct disobediance of the original Founders intentions. Citizenship became National intended for both Blacks and Whites via the 14th Amendment, not just the Black peoples freedom as the populance were lead to believe..
The foundation for Democracy had been laid and both racial citizens had been placed into servitude of the Federal master as well as their state governments. Of course the fight was not over. The first time the Jesuits attempted to tax the wealth of our hands was 1894, when finally in control of our Congress they sought to put an income tax upon ” occupations” of US citizens. This means there existed an existing “ privilege ” that would generate “income” that could be taxed “directly” and “uniformly” just as a corporation could be taxed, though at different rates. That ” privilege ” as calculated, was directly tied to 14th Amendment citizenship for both Blacks and Whites.
But in the Pollack case of 1895 the Supreme Court ruled that this “income tax” was a “direct tax” upon individuals. Because that tax was not “apportioned” it was declared unconstitutional and the income tax law was set aside. Not to be thwarted, the Jesuits, using their Masonic Skull and Bones President Taft ( Beholden to “American Pope” James Cardinal Gibbons), passed the Sixteenth Amendment in 1913 (via the proclamation of Masonic Secretary of State Philander Knox), Installing one of their planks of the Communist Manifesto within the US Constitution. Thus, the unratified 16th Amendment (1913) set aside the Pollack case (1895) as the 14th Amendment (1868) set aside the Dred Scott case of 1857.

Simply put my point is this, Democracy is Communism. Anti-Declaration of Independence. In this nation we have been battling over a Republic and Democracy since day one. So calling a communist a communist is not name calling any more than calling a person a Constitutionalist is. It is simply telling the truth.
